What does QS-Tracon stand for?
"QS" is short for "Quality Services" and "Tracon" means "Translations and Consultancy". And that is exactly what we want to offer our customers. It is our goal to offer you the best possible quality at a reasonable price, so that you get the best value for your hard-earned money.
When we say "quality", we mean that every aspect of our services is important to us. And the most important aspect is you, our customer. It is our goal to make sure that we understand first what your needs are and then adapt our service to fulfill those needs. Of course, we need to do this within the framework of the all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Communication
We know from experience that excellent communication is essential with everything we do. Nowadays it is very easy to get in touch with people from all over the world. We make extensive use of the modern communication technology that is available to us. We communicate with many customers by email, Skype or other instant messengers, or by (smart) phone.
But just having the technology to reach other people is only part of communication. The most important aspect is that we understand you, and that we give you information in a way that you can understand exactly what we mean. The technology is only a means; the difficult part is to understand each other. We do everything within our power to make sure there are no misunderstandings. Therefore we ask questions and encourage you to ask us about everything that is not absolutely clear for you. We do not assume, we want that you and we know for sure.
Translations
A very important aspect of communication is language. But there are hundreds of languages in the world and we cannot expect that everybody can speak them all. So doing business worldwide means often that we want to have our "message" translated into another language. So why would you need professional translators to take care of that?
Localization
Localization is a step further then just translation. It is a process in which a product is adapted to the culture of a specific region or target audience. This is not necessarily limited to text, but can also included images or even the layout of software or websites. Not every kind of translation will need localization, but we can also give you advice on that.

We can offer our services to foreigners who want to settle in Thailand. Our services vary from visa applications to everything that is related to establishing and running a business here in Thailand.
